Caffè Pontevecchio Firenze was born in 2014 from an idea by Alfonso Petrella, originally from Campania but Florentine by adoption, he brings with him the tradition and culture of coffee from his native land; of Florence he appreciates the art of beauty, the meticulous search for attention to detail and elegance in all its expressions. Starting from his passion, Alfonso studies, attends training courses and visits the various roasting plants to gain a thorough understanding of the production and transformation phases of the coffee bean. This also allows him to develop his own idea of ​​artisanal coffee. For this reason he searches for and selects the best single origins, consults with local roasters and studies the artisanal coffee blends that reflect his vision. He then selects a work team made up of experts in the sector, together with whom he creates the entire range of the brand's products, from blends to packaging, unique for their elegance and attention to detail.
